Cooking Instructions

Steaming

1. Place frozen dumpling directly in your steamer, placing them half an inch apart.

2. Fill 2/3 of a large pan with water. Bring to a rolling boil, then place the steamer with frozen dumplings in the pan.

3. Let steam for 10 minutes. Then, remove the steamer from the pan carefully.

4. Your dumplings are now ready to eat! Serve them with our signature dumpling sauce & Enjoy!

Panfrying

1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium to medium-low heat.

2. Once the pan is hot, carefully place the desired amount of dumplings in the pan.

3. Fry the dumplings for about 1 minute without moving them, allowing the bottoms to get crispy.

4. Add 4 tbsp of water to the pan and cover with a lid.

5. Let the dumplings cook on medium to low heat for 4 minutes.

6. After 4 minutes, remove the lid and continue cooking until the water evaporates and the dumpling bottoms turn golden brown.
